Challenges and Goal
Kaitlin was starting her life coaching business, creating a new website, and using her existing social media profiles to drive new traffic. Some of her immediate challenges were related to creating new content for social posts, as well as the direction to take her online presence. There is also the challenge of making sure the social “voice” is consistent and effective while creating content for the goal of new traffic.



Process
During our discovery stage for Kaitlin’s social media management, we found Kaitlin’s key audiences she needed to reach on specific social platforms. While researching the sector and potential client demographics, we gathered weeks worth of previous profile activity to make sure we could record the impact we made. (“white noise levels” in graphs in results section) This is helpful to gauge our impact against what the profile already naturally gets.



Results
We saw tremendous growth in Kaitlin’s profile almost immediately. Our team interacted and shared posts/stories that received instant activity. From Instagram alone, Kaitlin’s website analytics showed a high level of activity of new traffic.
